Motion Media Solutions' Production Showcases Experience of Urban Lifestyle
Dallas, TX (PRWeb) March 9, 2007 -- Motion Media Solutions recently created a motion graphic video showcasing the ambiance and urban lifestyle of Mercer Square, a new urban condominium development on McKinney Avenue.
The motion animation production features a series of short vignettes displayed in a popular silhouette style, as well as a series of architectural renderings and graphic themes which were also used in development of the website.
"We were looking for a lifestyle piece with lots of motion graphics that provided a contemporary view of what living at Mercer Square would be like," said Andrew Lassetter, president of skyymedia. "Motion Media Solutions really put everything together the way we envisioned. Our clients were quite pleased with this motion graphic intensive video."
Al Coker & Associates is marketing the building which will feature 85 condos in a four-story building. The average home will be about 1,100 square feet with prices starting in the low $200,000's. Mercer Square was built by Post Properties and is the firm's second Uptown development. In 2005 the company began converting its 127-unit Post Block 588 apartment building on Thomas Avenue into condos.

This piece was also designed as a flat-panel display video in the Mercer Square sales lounge, across the street from the development at 2815 Allen St.
